About Heart Rock and Soul
One day while on a road trip, I spotted a river along the highway and was drawn to pull over at the next rest stop. As I knelt down and dipped my fingers into the cold water so I could bless myself, I noticed a heart shaped rock in the water. A gift for me. Since that day, I have found many heart rocks in unsuspecting places to remind me that yes, indeed, I am a beloved child of God.
Heart Rock and Soul was founded in 2015 as a way to live out my passions while following my call. My hope is to use my gifts to serve God by listening with open eyes, open ears, open hands, and an open heart with prayerful attentiveness to God's presence in everyday life.
It's amazing what I see and experience when I open myself up to God's presence in the world.
